WW Wednesday: 20 in 20 - Week 7

Good morning!

FYI, I just took down my video post from yesterday. :(
I couldn't keep it from sitting at a close-up of BabyCakes' diaper every time you came to my page.  I don't know why because that wasn't at the beginning or the end of the video.  I tried editing it out but I couldn't without chopping off over half of an already-super-short video, so I just canned it.

Moving on...

Yes, today is my weekly weigh-in and Weight Watchers meeting.
I would say I'm not really looking forward to it but that's not completely true.  I know I will enjoy my meeting and seeing all my WW friends, I'm just not looking forward to my weigh-in because I know I will be up today.
I indulged myself while we were out of town and I got no exercise other than walking in the last week.  Yep, told you that 3.4 wasn't normal.  I will check-in in my comment section after my meeting and tell you my results.

Neighbor Melissa said she was going to wear a new dress today so I am going to dress up a little more than normal too.  If I'm going to be up, I might as well look good doing it, right?!

For now I leave you with this:

So, how are my 20 in 20 Challenge members this week?

Up 3 pounds.
Yep. That sucks.

Oh well. New day, new week. Right?!

Or you could look at it like you are down .2! the 3.4 loss from last week plus the 3 gained this week, leaves .4, divided by 2, you like my way of thinking?? :-)

I was up in a big way this week. Don't even feel ready to talk more about it. This is a new week, and I am just going to focus on making this week better.

I'm just so proud of everybody, loss or not!!! I didn't make it to my weigh-in scale today(it's at the gym and I ran outside while there's not 4 feet of snow on the ground up here)...I will weigh in tomorrow and post my results...but I fear that I will be up too :( oh well...like Cayce posted at one point, it's all about making better decisions with the next meal. Keep up the great work! I am so, so, so proud of you, Cayce and Melissa!!! And Jana, I love your math weight loss equation :)

Jana, that's my kinda thinkin! :)

Melissa, yep - new week. The past is just that, the past.

Molly - thank you! yes, we just have to keep starting over. With the heat we had this summer a little snow sounds nice. :) Four feet...notsomuch though.
