WW Wednesday: 20 in 20 - Week 6

In my efforts to get this weekly post done during lunch time, it's probably going to be pretty short each week.
Keeping that in mind, let's move on.
I had a crazy week. No other way to describe it.

I actually hesitate to tell you what happened at the scale today other than I lost.
Like 3.4 pounds.

Yeah.

I'm really happy and honestly cranked up the exercise a notch or twelve, but I know that this week was not normal for my weight-loss journey (barf).
I don't want anyone to be worried that I'm over-doing it.  Don't worry, I doubt a loss like that will pop up again any time soon.  :)

So, goal for this week: Keep up my activity level and push the plate away when I'm no longer hungry.  Sounds so simple, doesn't it?

How are the rest of the 20 in 20 Challenge members doing?

Well, congratulations on your loss! I found part of it. I gained 2 lbs this week. Mainly the cause of the evil Soda. I have to refocus and try to lose weight next week. Love you!

I'm thinking that kicking Soda (I like how he gets a proper name) to the curb could help you with refocusing this week. :)
Why not try just one week? Nothing more. Just one week without it and see how it goes?

I lost 4.6 pounds this week! Amazing considering the awful start I had to my week, but I exercised and refocused and got a great result. My biggest take away this week is that one or two bad days don't have to destroy my week. I can always start over at the next meal and make better choices :)

I continue to learn from you and your journey, Melissa!

Oh and you cleared your 50 mark by 2 pounds, even!
Good week indeed!

Well, I'm just supposed to be the cheerleader and somehow I gained FIVE pounds this week?! Haven't made great choices, but didn't think I was doing anything dramatically different. Which is even more annoying, since that's usually an indication for me that something is messed up on the inside (again). Ugh.
