WW Wednesday: 20 in 20 - Week 12

Hello Hello!  I'm here once again for WW Wednesday.  Still not going anywhere and glad for it.

This past week I broke all the rules and lost weight.  My aunt came for a visit and I did not work out or eat right, so I think I just got lucky.
Sometimes I have an unexpected gain and sometimes an unexpected loss -- just part of the game I suppose.

Today I feel good. I feel really good.  I hit the 60-pounds lost mark today!

For those of you playing along at home, that's 4 months to lose the last 10 pounds.

wow...

That's why I don't give up.
Yes, it took 4 months but that doesn't matter in the end.  All that matters is that I get there.

I could get there much faster if I was "perfect," but we are talkin sustainable weight-loss here, people.
In real life there is back-and-forth, ups-and-downs, and appetizer-entree-dessert everything in between.

So, where are the rest of my Challenge participants this week?

* Photos are from our Sunday drive to Kure Beach and the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher.  Luckily I used my new point-n-shoot because my camera was flung into the water at one point!

I had a very unexpected gain this week. Bummer, bummer. 1.8 pounds up should not put me in the funk I've been in all day. Time to suck it up now and have a better week.
Great work, Cayce! So pround of you :)

You are doing great! Sometimes those unexpected losses are just what we need :) I love these pictures of the ocean. It has been too long since I have seen the beach and these pics make me realize how bad I want to be on the water!

Congratulations Hon! Wow, 60 lbs. That's an Ivory! I'm so proud of you. Keep up the good work. Right now I am just struggling to maintain. Still would love to drop another 15 lbs.

LOVE the pictures. I am officially a dropout...too much in my life to even concentrate and food has always been a comfort...and I need tons of comfort right now.... that said, so much good in my life too and things will level out! :) God is so faithful to me all of the time. Made me smile to see the looks on your children's faces!! Great job with your weight loss. Stay on the path!

Wow! Congrats on hitting that mark! So proud of you for staying healthy.

I am seriously stress eating these days and my jeans do not like it one bit. I have to stop, I can't afford new clothes.

And also Wow- that J looks like a big kid in that first pic.

Thank you all so much! It's been an honor to share my journey with you and it wouldn't have been possible without support from people like you. I'm not finished yet, so don't go anywhere, ok? :)
