It's been a few weeks since I last checked in with my weight-loss progress.
Let me tell ya, today wasn't pretty.
For the last 2.5 weeks I have pretty much just eaten whatever "fun vacation food" (aka, doughnuts, pizza, burgers, fries, ice cream, etc.) I wanted.
I thought "I'm on vacation! I won't go wild but I will have it if I want it."
Ahem. Yeah. Maybe I should have reeled myself in a bit.
SIX pounds, people.
Oh well. I'm actually really glad that the scale reflected my actions accurately.
I showed very little restraint.
I enjoyed all those bites, though. :)
Moving forward I just need to remember that I don't have to enjoy every bite quite as much to still have an enjoyable meal.
