WW Wednesday

So last week I mentioned being disappointed with a small gain after a week of trying really really hard.
I ate healthily and moved much much more.

I continued my efforts (but backed off the exercise quite a bit) and I had faith that it would show up this week at the scale.

I was right!

Y'all have been here with me for so long.  I first started blogging about my weight loss joooourney when I was 15 pounds down.
I had lost 17 and was feeling dispair over struggling and then gaining 2 pounds back.
I found the gain VERY discouraging.
My-oh-my how far I have come from being THAT upset over 2 pounds.
That was just a little bump!
Over the next year I had many ups and downs... literally.
But that's to be expected when you are trying to change the way you eat and how you handle your emotions from the ground up.

I'm not saying I'm perfect, cured, or a new person.

I'm saying I now choose to see the merit in the small changes for the better.  Being "boring" has been worth it!

Yesterday my grand total lost hit 70 pounds.

Yep.  I came to you with 15 gone, and you've been here for the last 55.  Thank you so much to everyone who has shown support.  I don't think you know how much your comments, texts, calls, and support has meant to me.
We bloggers can be sensitive creatures, so when we know people are reading what we share, it can make you doubt whether anyone really cares if no one responds.
I know life is busy and I am not fishing for you to reach out.
I just wanted to let you know just how much it means to me when you do.

I have 10.6 pounds to go till goal.

Hi, I'm Cayce, and I want to lose 10 pounds.
(Wow.  That sounds crazy.)
