It's late so I'll keep it short & sweet like me. ;)
(I can actually be quite mean if provoked. Remember my list of 10 ways to destroy holiday inflatables from last year? Oh yeah, I'm dark like that. lol)
I didn't push myself much this week. I kind of took the week "off."
It wasn't planned -- I just lived life and didn't really think about this whole goal of mine very often.
On top of that I may or may not have
It showed at the scale.
I wasn't emotionally attached to the gain at all, though. Numbers are numbers, after all.
My self-worth can not be accurately measured and plotted on a graph. That is simply not what a scale is for.
I'll get with the program. I already have, in fact. I even worked out some holiday eating strategies today that I will share at a later time.
Challenge peeps?

I actually loved your inflatables post. I think of you every time I see one! And I thought of you ALOT while trick or treating, they were everywhere in a nearby neighborhood! HAHA!!
I think of that post, too, every time I see an inflatable. Especially when I see them the in our neighborhood :)
I had a surprising loss. Wedding and rehearsl dinner complete with desserts, so I am thrilled I still managed to lose after a few weeks of gains.
So sorry I have been MIA!!! "Life" kind of got in the way! Anyways..I definitely hit a plateau with my weight loss about 4 weeks ago...my fault completely!!! I am so so so close to the 20 pound mark, and want to work extra hard throughout the holiday season that is rapidly approaching! I definitely needed the accountability from WW Wednesday!
