I'm checking in really quickly with my results for this week's weigh-in.
I was up 0.8.
Blah.
I deserved it, though. I had a big dinner out last night and there were burgers and milkshakes scattered here and there throughout my past week. In short, I didn't eat in a manner that would lead to a weight loss.
New day, new week, though!
How are the rest of my 20 in 20 participants doing this week?

I stayed the same, partly due to the new scales you gave me for my birthday. What a vicious gift for an old man!:) I'm sure that eating more since I have been feeling better has nothing to do with it. I want to take off another 15 lbs. Help keep me motivated. Love ya!
Up .6 - this is a new week and I will lose this next week. Sick of hovering at the same weight.
Down 2.2 lbs this week.
I'm so proud of you for sticking with this for so long. Realizing that it's a cough-journey-cough, is the hardest lesson to learn, I think. Must.find.thesaurus.
Down .5....slowly, but surely!!! I've had many moments this week where I needed to remind myself a quote that I heard at a WW meeting, "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." But, yet, a couple of times, I still ate the cookie :) Glad I have support on this "Journey"!!!
Ann, must be all that running you are doing. Keep up the good work!
Daddy, you are very welcome! Is the old scale in the trash yet??? Let your grandkids be your motivation. They need a heart-healthy Gramps for as long as possible! Besides, they are so cute, can you imagine how cute your GREAT-grandkids will be?! :)
Melissa, you are my constant rock in all this. You're going to blast through 50 and forget the plateau before you know it.
Molly, I know that quote but I don't like the word "skinny." It is truly a journey (Amber is right I need to glance at a thesaurus,) and "slowly but surely" will make it last.
Amber, thank you. This has been about much more than food or weight for me, and I know you understand that. Thank you so much for all your support!
