I had a birthday and went out of town in that time.
I lost zero pounds in that those weeks. I also gained zero pounds.
I'll take it.
Goals for this week: stay away from the sweets that seem to be flying at me from everywhere, and try to work more veggies into my diet.
I'd call that successful, lol.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what's happened to me, but all of a sudden I'm startving ALL the time and I can't get enough sweets. I mean, I am going in the *complete* opposite direction. I know the goal was to put weight on, but I need to do it with increased HEALTHY calories and excercise, not sitting on the couch eating pie. Must get control...
