After losing 25 lbs. the past...Kinda disappointed. After losing 25 lbs. the past 8 months, I seem to be stuck. I have been exercising, so I am going to write it off as muscle gain. I have gone from a 38 waist to a 34, so I can see a difference, even if the scales don't. My bloodwork came back perfect this week. God continues to bless. So not gaining is a BIG thing. I wasn't able to walk much this past week, only once. I finally have my back straightened out,thanks to Dr. Brown-Chiropractor! Now to make myself get to the church and walk. I can't do exercises, but I can walk. I am back up to 1.5 miles at this time. Can't wait till I am up to the 3 miles a day.
